1. Service: automated summaries of public vendor pricing pages, with links to the sources. The content is produced by software and may contain errors.
2. No warranty: vendor prices change without notice. Always confirm on the vendor's page. This is information, not financial, legal or purchasing advice.
3. Subscriptions: billed in advance through Stripe. Cancel any time in the billing portal, and access continues to the end of the period. Refunds: pro-rata refunds are not given for partial periods, except where required by law. Consumer law rights (e.g. Australian Consumer Law) are not excluded.
4. Acceptable use: personal or internal business use. Do not resell the briefs in bulk.
5. Trademarks: vendor names belong to their owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
6. Liability: limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months, to the extent the law allows.
